Mileage conversion???

I would like to find out what my "real" MPG is. I have seen the posts in the past showing what the calculations are when taking in all factors but, I can't seem to find them nor do I have an eternity to search through hundreds of posts. I know there are a ton you yota-guru's out there that know this calculation by heart. I would greatly appreciate it if you could calculate mine or even remind me how to figure this out for myself.
I still have stock gears, for now. 91, 3vze, 4x4 and 33x12.5's.
On average, my odometer shows 200-220 per tank.
Lately, I have been getting less since switching to Toyo tires.
Can one of you mathemeticians give me the answer?

CurrentTireDiameter/OriginalTireDiameter * OdometerReading = ActualMiles

Or for a more accurate conversion, hit a local freeway/highway with good mile markers along the side of the road. Then drive 10 marked miles, noting the odometer reading at the beginning and end of the 10 mile stretch. If no note the reading to 0.1 mile, you'll have a reading to about 10% accuracy after 10 miles. Then if you drove 10 miles and say your odometer read 8 miles, then take your odometer reading time 10/8 or 1.25 to get actual miles traveled.

As stated above, use the mileage markers on the highway (or some known distance) and compare that to what is recorded on your odometer.
