Might be the end for my Runner

So the Runner start running real rough this morning and feels like its going to die out in idle. Drove it home and it started overheating. Got it home and this is what it looks like: <See Below>

Right now using about a gallon of water (not gonna waste coolant right now) about ever 10-15minutes. With that rate I'm thinking a lot worse then just a blown head gasket.

For a 2-Wheel drive 3VZE that I paid $1,500 for I can't justify fixing her.

Thoughts?

Man, if its overheating I'd think radiator problems. When I accidently damaged mine, the engine ran really rough, reving up and down constantly. Idk how much coolant you used, but I'd put that in instead of water, burp the system, and if it's still running like it is now, I'd think its a leak.

Look at the smoke out the tailpipe, I'd say blown head gasket.

Well the white smoke coming from the tailpipe is sure fire sign the head gasket or cylinder is shot - someone did mention that it might be the freeze plugs but I don't think white smoke would be coming from the tailpipe if it was - I replaced the U-Joints on Saturday - I'm wondering if the shaking while getting it off the road messed something up

Im not sure but sounds like head gasket to me. When mine blew i would run out of water in the radiator in about a mile of driving 30-35MPH.

When my 95 blew it would run REALLY rough when I started it up and spew out white smoke, and it used a little coolant prior to this happening. I'd check with Toyota and see if it's been done yet.
Mine wasn't covered but I replaced all the top end gaskets and timing belt etc. and it ran fine afterwards.
