Is the motor the only thing not there? Just get a rebuild or something for it. Sorry but no answers for your question.

Anything is possible with patience. Go for it. If you think it would sharpend the interier appearance. Then you got my vote. If you do go for it...before,during and after pics please.

You got it dutchboy. The reason I ask is I have been looking for some super cool mod to do for the interior of these trucks and, the after market is getting boring. I am in the middle of swapping motors in my 90 and might as well make this one of the new additions. I will definately do a thread for the whole project if I do it.

I'm pretty sure you could put the whole interior of a tacoma into a 90 truck... into the bed maybe.
interesting concept though. maybe some way to make the gauge cluster and such work in the older panels.

... and I'd say "You spent how much to get this interior? Why not spend that money making your ride more 'ride-able'? It's a truck- all about function so func that!"

I guess I forgot to mention that it was in a roll over after it was struck by an F350 super truck. I guess thats why the truck is only 2700 bucks eh.

well, I'll go back to my original train of thought... what can you use that 2700 for on the truck you have now? I know, radical thought- spend money on your truck instead of buying someone elses wreck and spending more money to make those parts work on your truck.
Yes, I'm a radical... an extremophile if you will....

oops, I was supposed to be quiet and go away. my bad.

Your biggest hurdle would be the dimensions. An 04 is definitely wider and taller than your 90...

^Exactly what I was gonna say. Have you ever taken apart your 90 before?

Your biggest hurdle will be clip locations, and dimensions. It could be done, hell anything is possible. It would take alot of patience and creative thinking. Electrical connections, the heater core, ect, would get in the way though.

I would say research your options.

1) Buy Tacoma interior, make spiffy interior.

2) Put in CD.

3) Give to me

4) Give to investor.

5) Give to financial institutions that you owe money to.

6) Give to charity.

7) Get it all in $100 bills and hold it in your hand and admire it. Then exchange it for singles and bring it home and play 52 card pick up x52 and them swim in it. And then grab a handful (preferably old, frail bills) and take to local strip joint. After that go home and realize you left the cat out and now 2000 singles are in shreds.

Your call.
