Major squeal on the 94 3.0 runner

So my son calls me to report a major squeal on the 94 3.0 runner and then dash lights come on, so he crept home with no power steering and no alt belt on. So we got them all replaced, I still have a major squeal happening, fan is not spinning, getting some burn on the belts.

What am I looking at here guys?
Any help is appriciated
tk

usually if its locked up the bearings have gone bad and shredded inside the assembly rendering the pulley unmovable. take the belts back off and go through each pulley checking to see if they move. you can obviously skip the crank pulley. if a pulley is locked, you will have to replace the part on which the pulley exists. i.e p.s. pulley is locked buy a new p.s. pump etc.

sounds good, a big thanks Clyde, I confirmed the fan clutch pulley is not moving, and I cant budge it all other pulleys are moving fine, or were when we put on the new belts.

Anyone got a part # or good source/brand/model ?

These two parts have me a little confused. Am I going to need the Fan Pulley Bracket as well as the Fan Clutch? As I tear into this, will I be able to determine which one is the seized one?

I can spin the fan blade by hand, does that mean anything? Just the pulley is seized.

yeah. here is what i would do. buy another fan clutch from parts house, go to dealer and get the pulley. i dont think you can get them from parts house. you are getting the clutch because its preventative maintenance and since you already have it off, might as well. while you are picking up your clutch, see if you can get the fan pulley from the parts house.

Pretty sure it is the fan clutch mounting thing. I got the fan clutch off and pulley wheels off, the piece coming off the mount was difficult to move/spin and kind off grinds as it turns. Sound like it needs replacing ?

I'm in the Rockies, needless to say I'm a chilled working on this fix. Does this bracket come off pretty easy? Got dark so I just hosed-down bolts that I could see with PB blaster to sit overnite.
Thanks guys, one more piece to do and I'm good.

its fairly easy main thing to watch for is your timing belt tensioner it removes with to bolts facing your power steering pump and you will need to key it off to be installed. its kinda easy to do just a major headache to get to and get off other than that your good

yea its a pin cylinder a small allen wrench will fit through the casing and through the pin of the tensioner to compress it us a c clamp and slowly compress a few turns at a time going to fast can damage the cylinder once compressed align the holes and put the allen wrench through it to hold it in place until ready to be installed

OK, so I take it the allen wrench will come out without too much yanking involved?
does the tensioner pin move back-out quickly or gradually?
uncharted territory for me - thank you for the help.
