M/T Classic II wheel sizing

Hey all, while I am ordering the many maintenance parts that my 89 4Runner needs, I was also considering buying new wheels to clean up the look of the truck. Wheels in question are Mickey Thompson Classic II in 15". My question is whether to go 15x8 or 15x10. From what I have read these wheels tend to stick out a bit from the side, which I am okay with, but I don't want it to look stupid or "glitter rig tough"... These wheels, I think, look very nice and classic looking, hence the name. The tires I have on the truck are Hankooks and they are brand new 31x10.5's, this is a daily driver truck so I likely wont go much larger than that. This truck may get a 2-3 inch lift down the road, but that is only after all the prevenative maintenance has been taken care of.

My plans for this truck is mainly light trail, camping, and hauling "stuff"...

BTW I am thinking about the 15x8, but they have more backspacing than the 15x10... I think... that is where the question comes from...

Yeah the locks look nice, but I am sort of going for a more retro/classic look... plus I think the Classic II's look cleaner. Do you know if these wheels are forged or not? They are pretty light, 17 lbs for the 15x8... my 18" BBS on my GTI are 18lbs... I would think if they were, M/T would advertise as such, but I saw an eBay retailer say they were... just curious.
