LSPV replaced... rear brakes sticking?

hi guys
stuck for whats wrong with my runner
rear drum brakes are sticking after replacing Load sensing proportion valve
not to the point of locking up but it its making a noise when creeping forward or backwards, and the rear brakes occasionally stick more and cause a bit of smoking from rear wheels. i know i will more then likely need to replace the pads now but i dont want to do that unless i can get them to free up.
any help with what the problem may be would be awesome.
i could have bled in wrong order if that could be the problem.
order was LSPV (since i was there already) then furthest from master cylinder to closest to master cylinder.
cheers

Do this: furthest from master cylinder to closest to master cylinder and LSPV last per FSM.

Is there any drag on the rear brakes with no pressure applied? Jack up the rear axle and spin the wheels...

Easy things first - check the drum brake cage clearance / adjustments

What guidance besides 'the force' did you use to install the LSPV?

There are measurements and settings that need to be right. What kind of vehicle? 2WD/4WD, Truck/4Runner - it matters.

EDIT - Click here for the LSPV FSM section

will check drums although im pretty sure they are dragging but as i said not locking up
will also try bleeding with lspv last now

well after inspecting it while jacked up i noticed left rear drum brake is leaking oil...
dunno if that affects it but i assume it does but both move but with a bit of force applied.
will i need to replace the drum or does that depend on where the leak is?
