Lower control arms

Lower control arms
I have a 1994 toyota extra cab 4x4 v6 3.0 L. My lower control arms are rotting away due to road salt in the northeast. I am wondering how hard the job is to replace them. Where can I find good oem or after market parts. I also would like for them to come with bushings and ball joints already pressed in. I need upper control arms also but they aren't as bad as the lower one. I would like to rehab the whole front end so anyone with knowledge in this field I would really appreciate the feedback and Amy helpful websites for parts and info. Ty

I'm not sure if anyone makes FACTORY replacements... The only ones I know of are either long travel or for lift? Your best bet is finding a set on craigslist or the local junkyard

check on craigslist. i dont think anyone sells them with bushings and ball joints pressed in. Upper control arms are a much bigger job. you have to deal with the torsion bars and spacers. If you dont have to replace the uppers then leave them. only problem you will run into with the lowers is the bushings. Usually the bolts freeze inside the bushings steel sleeves, and the only way to get them out is with a torch. once you get the old ones out the new bushings are very easy to instal(with a vice and a hammer) and same with the ball joints(if you have a pitman arm puller). feel free to ask any questions cause i just rebuilt my entire IFS on my truck and i also know what its like to deal with the wonderful northeast salt.
