low idle and skipping.

95 pickup sr5 3.0 v6 3vze has been reading code 52 knock sensor along with code 25. Changed spark plugs and saw a great improvement, but after driving for the day it seemed to get sluggish again. I'm idling around 700 - 800 rpms and I'm assuming from reading on here that the bucking type feeling "feels like not getting enough gas" is coming from the knock sensor, but it wasn't doing it this bad until recently. Like I said the spark plugs made some improvement. Will adjusting the cold idle be necessary? Also my check engine like used to stay off when turning ignition on then as I drove down the road it would come on and the truck would bog down. Tonight the check engine light came on and is staying on. It seems to still run strong till I get going down the road at a increasing speed, then kinda bogs down. Any ideas?

Does anyone have any insight on this question? I am having the same problem, and cant seem to figure it out. I have had the truck to 2 Different Mechs. and they both have told me that they can not seem to find the issue. Mine is idleing fine, but when you put it in gear, it boggs, and when you accelerate, it runs ok for a sec, then wants to bog and cut off, as if its misfiring. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

have you tried to check the simple things like ignition timing. stock timing for 3.0L is 10*BTC. having said that the timing marks are a little misleading because it starts with a -5* insteand of 0. it looks like this from left to right 15 10 5 0 -5. anyways check if your timing is at 10
