Locker or not?

I have a V6 third member that has 5.29 that went out on my truck. And after pulling it out an looking around i couldn't find the exposed spider gears after completely rotating the ring gear around. So I'm not sure if it has a limited slip or a locker or what. I have never noticed a locker in the rear when i had it on, only the front which has a Detroit. If anyone could identify what it is or if its open or not, I'd really appreciate it.

Then why can't i find a part where the spider gears are exposed? There completely covered all around?

But you can normally see the exposed spider gears and be able to weld them if you wanted?

On 4cylinder differentials, yes - they are exposed.
On 6cylinder differentials, no - they are not exposed.
