My guess would be ~$500.

My understanding is is that it won't wear out like traditional limited slips with slipper clutch discs thingys in the rear.

and one more thing i would like to turn the locker on and off electronically because its a day to day driver during the week and off road on weekends

I'd like to drop my vote for an Aussie locker in here. Although you can't turn it on and off it's really really nice when you need it. Matt16 will probably chime in on this one.
