Holy crap, another turbo truck in Calgary!

here's an old picture of mine. The sides of the bed have since been cut out, and new sheet metal installed. Also has some coil springs in the back to help with the sag. fiberglass bed, new suspension, and 33s later this year

Oh, and yes, 5psi is stock boost. I got a smoke test done on my intake system, not a single leak. New PCV valve, the truck screams (literally). Whhhheeeeeeeeeeee. I love the sound of a turbocharged motor.

My turbo pickup doesn't have the LCD...
I have a question. I can't find how to post a thread or anything so I'm hoping for the best. Okay, on the bottom of my bell housing there is a hole, I don't know if there is supposed to be a plug or what. I asked Autozone, they had no idea. My friends 86 non turbo doesn't have that but I know his is a different Tranny. PLEASE help me. It has been killing me!!!

'86 Turbo, factory "Topaz" color.

'87 Turbo, originally black, repainted non-factory green:

'86 Turbo, repainted factory brown, coming home from California:

Notice all Turbo 4Runners have one piece window glass. I don't think they offered wing windows in Turbo models.

Not a factory turbo 4Runner. A regular 87 4Runner SR5 with a 22RTE from an 86 Turbo Pickup. I love her nonetheless. I have the triangular vent windows.

Only the Turbo R151F transmission has that hole. There was originally a plug in it. I believe the Toyota part # is 31121-36060, but check with the dealer before ordering it. Unless you're worried about your pet rat climbing up in there you could just leave it open, or cover it with duct tape.

Also, if you want your pictures to show up on here, use the IMG code on Photobucket, not the HTML code.
