leaky clutch line?
I just replaced the clutch in my 94 yota and am having trouble with the clutch line. Somehow there is not enough pressure in the hydraulic line to engauge the clutch fork. I have checked the whole line numerous times. I have replace the slave cylinder, rebuilt the master, and replaced the clutch hose. I bleed both at the master cylinder and the slave but still air is in the line somehow. I did not suspect the hardline would the problem but Im not sure anymore. I don't notice any fluid anywhere on the line after I bleed it. It gets to the point when I'm bleeding it where it looks to have no air in the line. At this point I can usually shift all gears with the truck not started but it doesn't feel too smooth. Then if I try to turn it over in a gear with the clutch depressed, it jumps forward as if it is not engauged. Process of elimination has led me to believe it is either the hardline or pehaps faulty mechanics somewhere when I put the new clutch in. Any ideas?
