All I can tell you is search through here and see what others are using. what kind of upgrade-power are you looking for?
And welcome to yotatech

LC has good quality parts, but there a little over priced in my opinion.

yea and i guess the company is in america and shipping that to BC would make it very expensive.

a wheeling buddy of mine had an $1500 mistake from DOA, he had to have everything they did done again by someone else. the machining quality was not what he expected. Personally I would not use DOA.

Enginebuilder is local for me, when the time comes i will get my stuff from Ted

Purchased a LC header & freash air intake for my son's '89-22RE. Granted, price was higher than others, but very good quality - excellent fit, and the low end performance is there. I will buy from them again. Great Tech service on th ephone as well.

Bigegst gains for low end power are from header and a rv cam.

My $0.02

LCE makes great bolt on upgrades, but they are a little pricey. For rebuild parts and gaskets, check out engnbldr.com

I'm in Lake Havasu City right now and got a tour of their facilities this morning while discussing 3L valve train issues with one of the guys. The place is immaculate; even the fab shop and as a tradesman that says a lot for a place.
Service was excellent and the questions I had were answered with no BS.
I maintain you generally get what you pay for and that includes service. Maybe the best thing about LC is that for the most part they still do everything themselves and keep the local fellows working and I support that 100%.

Ted at Enginebuilder
Emailed him and I received an answer from Ted, in minutes
Prices and shipping were both great.
The cam we installed turned the 22re into a fire breathing beast.
