Just shoot me
ooook... here it goes.
Problem one... weirdo idle.
Once my engine is warm, the idle will drop from 800 down to the middle marker, and then fall down to the first marker, then back up to the middle. makes my lights dim and brighten.
Fresh oil change, just seafoamed through the brake booster... i always run chevron, and run cleaner through the tank monthly.
Throttle body?
problem two...
Turned it off christmas eve... now it wont start.
Battery was new in february, starter is only a few months old... Lights dim when i turn the key. No clicks.
I banged on the starter and tried again a few times, no avail.
It will push start, though.
So... what cliff should i drive it off of?
Edit #2"
1992 3.slow 5 speed 4x4

well, first, your subject line baffles me... Just ShI ... Just Shoot me lol
anyway, dude get your battery tested. Also check the connections AT the battery, did you put dielectric grease on them? works wonders
my 10 dollar bet is on the battery for the no start sympton
as for the idle, no idea, i dont have enough experience with 22re's.

do you get a click?
I'd still reseat the battery connections, check the strarter connection and if all that fails, pull the plugs then try turning it over (eliminating any kind of compression lock) if a HG failed (common with the 3slow) it could have leaked coolant into a cylinder and caused a hydrolock. A dimming of the lights tells me the starter is getting juice of some sort.

I like to imagine that im the lone male on a site full of hot girls driving yotas.
anyways.
that very very slight corrosion was causing it not to start.
now, on to that idle problem...

the lights dimming with the fluctuation in idle speed indicates that your alternator is at least doing something so I'd rule out a weak battery.
the problem started after the seafoam? I'd check that you got the vacuum hose reconnected properly first.
