ISR Mod hose location

Well finally found two angle hose bibs that will fit. Did my preliminary setup and then located the nipples as to the best location for the hoses. Only issue I had was that I picked up some cool red hose for the crank case ventilation hose that comes off the top of the valve cover. I located it next to the nipple for the emmissions hose that was attached to the lower air box of the OEM I'R that is just below the MAF. It wasn't until I had already used JB quick weld that I realized I might have errored in the placement of the nipple.

Here in lies my question for some of you more knowledgable. Will I need to move the crankcase ventilation hose closer to the original location or can I some how insert a 90 degree nipple in the present hose connection so that an internal end would be facing upstream of the crankcase ventilation?

I can take apic and post it if what I am saying is not very clear. What is your opion?
