intermintent lack of fuel

ok so i had the thread power loss 91 runner well i have done a good amount of work and testing on my runner in the last two weeks only for it to continue to get worse now i think i know what the problem is just not the cause i don't think it's getting enough fuel i replaced the fuel filter on Monday the old one was not clogged tho what should my next step be?
91 runner 22re 5spd
New fuel filter, pcv valve,Starer, coil, cap, rotor, plugs and wires have 20K on them.

If you have narrowed it to fuel starvation as the prime supsect. The next step would be to verify your theory by checking the fuel flow and pressure to make sure they are both good at the fuel rail before the fuel pressure regulator. If your pump is making the correct pressure and sufficient flow. Then check the fuel pressure regulator to see that it will hold the correct pressure. If these things are all good. Then have a look at the injectors to be sure they are clean and flowing correctly.
