Inclinometer trade or not

I have an inclinometer from a 1st gen I've been debating to trade for a 2nd gen type or install. Looking for some opinions on how this looks in my 2nd gen or if I should wait for a 2nd gen and then sell the 1st gen. Ok what you peeps think.

That doesn't look anymore out of place then the 2nd gen model. As long as the lighting matches(not hard to change) and the grey is a match I would just keep that one.

It looks fine as is. But I can understand where you are coming from, as I assume you suffer from this 4runner affliction, and this consumes your thoughts and time surfin ebay for a good 2nd gen one. Really though, if you decide to sell it, you wont have any problems finding a buyer.

I don't think that it looks too bad, but being placed so far to the right(not too many options I know) does it interfere with your defrost vents? Also see if you can tuck that wire laying across the dash somewhere.

Is your Inclinometer a US market or overseas? Bummer that the ones that come up on ebay are usually Meters on the altimeter...
PDA GPS work great...

US inclinometer, the cords there because I just set it on the dash where it sits the most level. If I put it in permanent it will be drilled through. I also found that using a heat gun I can reshape the base into almost any shape, enabling me to move it almost directly above the cup holders. Did this with a Montero altimeter for my buddies Nissan. Of course it would become a permanent fixture then. There's a 1st gen on ebay

looks to be an earlier version (4x4TOYOTA) with a Tercel cover (more rounded) if your looking.
