Imput Shaft Bearing??

Input Shaft Bearing??
Hello again gang,
Recently rebuild my 1987 22r with the help of yall. The rebuild became necessary when I lost my rear main, and subsequently clutch. That was about 1k miles ago, and I've started to notice some clutch chatter (I've got the LCE Pro Clutch Kit) and when I inspected the bell housing I noticed some oil weaping out of the little hole...
I of course assumed that I %$#ed up my rear main seal install but upon smelling the rather thin black oil, I noticed it smells like gear oil (%100 sure in fact, smells just like like lucas 80w-90). Does this mean I've lost a seal on the other side?
Questions:
1. How long does it take to replace such a seal?
2. What's the procedure?
3. What's the best place to pick up one of the seals/does one come in the ENGNBLDR kit because if so I should have one leftover from the rebuild.
4. My clutch has become quite chattery so I plan on removing/cleaning it and resurfacing the flywheel. Is the clutch ruined?
5. And lastly, what's the operation for changing the fluid in the tranny? (It's black as the nights sky)
Let me know,
Thanks in advance!

The seal is in a holder that is bolted to the front of the trans. Just pop it out and replace.
To change the oil pull the plug and drain. Then fill till oil comes out the fill plug......
You wont know the reason for the clutch chatter till you pull the tans.

Does the shaft in the transmission have a lot of play in it? It should be nice and solid but sometimes the front main bearing can get worn and let the shaft move around quite a bit. That can cause some chatter.
