Ignition problem no start

I have a 90 4runner 3.0 and i have replaced the starter and cylanoid on the starter and the truck had no problems until today i drove the truck all day start and stop at the stores and then at end of the day it took about 10min. to try to start it. i didn't here any noise outside of the truck no clicking sound like before this happened. So i was woundering if there has been problems for the ignition cylinder or the ignition switch. Please need info.

Thank you Tony

I just replaced the starter a month ago. because of this problem, but it was making clicking sound coming from the starter. The truck is starting just fine now so i think it might be maybe the ignition relay or the ignition switch. If it was the ignitor would it still start every so often.
