Am I drunk at 5:24 or did that hurt the head of any one else?

If it is 2WD you only have 1 Universal Joint.

OK wait, I guess it could be a 2pt drive shaft?

I need a beer.

The rear shaft has more then 1 ujoint. Inspect all the others, if they are okay then don't replace them. Make sure you lube ALL the zerk fittings on the d-shaft, there are quite a few....

You don't have to replace all of them, but they are fairly inexpensive and having new ones all around won't hurt anything.

You are correct but if the one that failed had 120k miles on it and you replace just the one, how long do you think the other one is going to last? Factory Toyota greaseable joints last a lifetime if you lube them constantly. The reason it probably failed was due to the lack of maintenance or it was a non-greaseable type.
