Arrow Idles When Cold; Dies When Warm

1988 4Runner 3.0 does not like to idle. Yes I searched. She will start up just fine when it is cold and idle perfectly and smoothly, but as soon as it has been driven around for awhile, it will die unless I give it fuel to stay alive.

Adjusting the idle screw has no effect on it whatsoever. I dont even know where to begin on this thing.

If I get some responses, hopefully I can start working on the ol' gal tomorrow.

Thanks guys
