Idle jumps up to about 1200 rpm when idle after warmed up?

Idle jumps up to about 1200 rpm when idle after warmed up?
My idle will jump up to 1200 rpm after warmed up. If I turn off the ignition and start it back up, the idle goes right back to 750rpm like it should be (22RE). Wondering if anyone else had this happen to them and what I can check out?
