IAC confusion

Okay so everything i can find says my iav will be on the bottom of my throttle body and have an electrical connector on it. mine has no connector. also i pulled it to try and clean it out but i am unsure if it needs cleaning or how too do so.
Im so lost right now i have three manuals and they seem to give me differnt info but all agree there is a electrical connector. I feel like a real ass here because i cant figure this out.

There's two styles of IACV or AAV (auxiliary air valve) as Toyota calls it, for the 22re. You have the later style with no electrical connector.
