I want to know what is missing from the bottom of my engine?

Im new stop deleting me! I have searched for days on this and pirate. I missing a part from the bottom of a 22re toyota engine manufactured in 1986 rebuilt in 2009 and installed 2010 into a trail buggy. I bought everything individualy and it appears I am missing a part. I have a crappy pic to post but I keep getting deleted. Sorry but you only allow 48.5k. the good pic is 2.5meg. I don't use the computer often. Im out wheeling not web wheeling. lol Anyway I would love some help. It is a piece that covers the bottom of the fly wheel and allows the bottom four bolts of the transmission to mount somewhere. I don't know what it looks like and not ever sure if I need it but I feel I do. I want to buy the part but don't know what to call it. I looked at the FSM also. No luck. Please help??

There are like four 10mm bolt holes. Would they put a splash cover on with that huge of a bolt?

I don't have any experience with the 22RE, but I know on the 3VZE's Toyota used 2 webbing brackets on either side of the engine to stengthen the connection to the transmission. Just 2 simple brackets that bolt onto the engine and the transmission. Maybe they did something similar on the 22RE?

Tranny to engine braces. One on either side.

Found on any 22RE. Different from 5 spd to auto iirc.

Sounds like you might be missing the stiffener plate as well.

Resize your pic and post.

There are numerous free hosting sites and almost every computer has photo reducing software installed out of the box.

I'll not post pics that are not hosted on a photo site as the whole re sizing thing kicks me square in the slats.

I'm OK at wrenching and stuff but this electronic BS kills me

Its a plate between the engine and transmission (well at least on my 5spd)
and there are two "stiffener brackets", one on each side, that hold the engine and trans together.

Here is one stiffener bracket:

and here is the plate:
