i dont have pics but mine came with 2-90* plates that bolted where the tow hooks bolt. after the bend the plates were then vertical and the brushguard mounted to those

David thanks, sounds like my F-350 except it also bolts to the bumper. The
4runner has such a crappy little bumper that it won't really work bolted to the bumper. BTW Nice truck!!

thanks for the compliment. youre right, the bumper, being sheet metal and plastic, isn't substantial enough for good mount points for the brush guard, but if they supplemented the main frame mounts, it could at least help steady it. on my sisters montero, there is also a long, thin strip of metal that goes from the brush guard, through the grill and attaches to some point in there for stability

Wow I love the way that looks, I wish I could get the measurements to make one of those bumpers for my pickup. Ive seen some guy over in AUS do a fine job of it for his 1st gen surf.

Dale, thats kinda what I wanted but the stock bumper is like soda can material. I will hafta bolt it to the frame. I will probably bolt to the bumper also but only to brace it a bit. I looked at all your pics. Great rig and some really great fabbing. BTW I am in Oklahoma also, Just north of Sallisaw.

Thanks, IIRC the Toyota brush guard was also bolted to the stock bumper around the area of the front license plate with a couple bolts.
