How to replace sliding window?

93 pickup....I have one pane that is broken out and got a replacement from a junk yard. I mangled the junk rig to get the window out. Not sure how to get this "new" one in though.

Tie a piece of string around the gasket and pull it from the inside while someone pushes on the outside. The string will pull the inner lip of the gasket inside the cab. Spray water around the gasket to help it slide in.

Did mine by myself the other day, but a helper would have been nice.

We always used a little dish detergent on the seal to help lubricate it. String is also a good idea. Doesnt hurt to have a windshield "bone" either
