How did I break my Tach??
Hey y'all,
I just installed an audiovox cruise in my 90 pickup, 22re.
On the test drive, my tach suddenly stopped working.
The cruise control has a wire that plugs into the tach plug over by the diagnosis port, but otherwise I don't think it connects to it anywhere. However, unplugging the wire does not cause the tach to start working again.
Cruise works fine, BTW.
Any clues what I might have screwed up? Has anyone else broken their tach?

UPDATE: On closer inspection, I seem to have killed ALL my gauges, with the possible exception of the fuel gauge.
Mechanical speedo, so that still works.
but no temp, oil, tach, or charging gauges.
Maybe I clipped a wire somewhere...the fuse isn't blown, so that's not it.
