Yeah, My father in-law is supposed to be getting me some steel from his work for free!! So I will be fabbing a rear and front bumper for my 94. $599 seems kinda steep for a bumper. I have found similar styles for around $250 - $400.

The Warns are good (probably better than an ARB for ground clearance) but expensive and heavy...should outlast the truck though...

Any one know what is needed to mount a Warn bumper to a 2nd gen 4runner with a SAS?

Same here, not liking the tube look at all anymore. I like the ARB too but there $1400 up here

Any one know if there mountable to a SAS truck? and whats involved?

um dude. if you know how to sas then you can figure out a bumper. most of the time these style just mount up.. if you kept your frame the same it will bolt

i love this bumper! i have had this bumper for about 2 years now. easy installation and its very solid. the only thing is that if you have a body lift you have to custom fab the brackets... not that bad though

o and the bumper really isnt that heavy, i can pick mine up and im 17 and weigh 140lbs... and im not straining

I put one on my 95 4Runner last weekend.

The thing is an absolute tank! Took some time, as I think there were 24(?) bolts by them time it was all done.

Sorry, no pics of the install as I found this forum after I got it on. I will take a pic and post it later though.

I paid $650 or so (out the door) from a supplier in Reno.

I've been worried that this bumper would need fabbing to go on a '95 4Runner; I prefer this style to the tube bumpers myself strictly by the looks of it.

The only thing I clearanced on mine was the area around the stock electric fan. I took off about 1/4". This was not required, but it made me feel better as there was very little room in there.

The stock 4Runner turnsignal lamps WILL work with a little creativity. If you want a direct mount, you have to find yourself some off a pickup.

Other than that, it is a direct bolt on project.

Um DUDE. It was a quetion, I did not want to spend $600-700 on a bumper to then totally re design it.

If you had a SAS you would know that the front of the frame were this bumper partly bolts to is diffrent, there is a spring hanger there.
