High CO emissions. Need help

Hey guys hoping you all can lead me into the right direction on this one. I can't seem to pass my emissions test (failed twice already) High CO levels. Everything else I pass. Good on HC and good on NOX I've put a new o2 sensor. New catalytic and new Coolant temperature sensor. Any ideas of what and where to look at next ?

High CO is usually an over-rich mixture. http://www.cygnusx1.net/Media/Supra/...taTech/h56.pdf You might want to use a voltmeter to watch the output of the O2 sensor. http://web.archive.org/web/201003261...01heatedox.pdf
