Hesitation on Acceleration - Cold 22re

1994 Toyota Pickup, Auto Trans, 22re

My truck is having trouble on startup (when cold) and hesitates during "off-the-line" acceleration. The problem stops when the truck warms up after 2-3 minutes of driving.

I have all new plugs, wires, cat. I did recently remove the throttle body and cleaned it (I was careful to not get the TPS wet..or at least I hope). It's an automatic, and I do have A/C. It seems this truck has a multiple variable of idle adjustment points (TPS, idle screw, A/C amplifier, A/C idle speed screw, etc) and I am really lost on what do look at for the specific idle-to-acceleration when engine cold problem. I got a 'FEELER GAUGE' from Harbor Freight as that is what I read I need (in addition to my Multimeter) to adjust the TPS, but I am really hoping I don't have to mess with it. The TPS is only a year old and I had a mechanic last adjust it.

Is this a TPS problem or???

Does the TPS need adjustment even if it HASN'T been removed when removal& reinstall of the TB?
