Exclamation Help two codes!!!

My 91 3.0 4runner and i seem to be sick @ the same time

CEL code {12} Knock sensor (bad gas mabye anybody?)
O/D light gives me a code {64?} had no clue it could do that but it was flashing
(I'M GUESSING TRANNY CODE?) <cant find any info in my haynes
I left work early (cause i'm sick) and after 15 mins the check engine light poped on

if i shut the truck off for 5 mins the code goes away and starts fine... but if i restart imediatly(light on) she hesitates slightly then levels out...

I thaught my spark wires might have touched the egr again but know sighns of spark jump... thoiugh they were dangerously close to the egr

Also lots of raining the past two days but i havent run through any high water or gone mudding or anything... going to check my k&n filters also i recently replaced my cranckcase breather line for a aftermarket breather (cone) filter {on he valve cover}

The knock sensor from what I know and have it before is CEL code 52 which is the sensor or esle it can be the pig tail wire that connect to the knock sensor has loose or torn apart, but I'll check the toyota CEL code book for you when I go outside... for code 12, its inside my truck. Fix the problem that is causing you the CEL to be on and I bet it will run normal as before... You can also go to your toyota dealership and tell them you need the part for CEL 12 then you are all set..

I think it got to do with some solenoid inside the tranny, you need to remove the tranny pan to see it.. I'll check the toyota code 64 for you later cause it is inside the truck so when I go outside I'll get it, darn its cold outside...

I got the code 52 tonight wrestling with the starter...

The knock sensors been ghetto fabbed by the PO with a bare wire straight through the connector to the sensor contact, accidentally loosened it up and the truck began throwing the code...

Funny thing is, I just rewired the plug and shoved it into the sensor and no more CEL, but it still throws codes...I dunno

Sorry, got off topic, but I guess this is a possibility if you've been beneath the passenger wheel well

EDIT: nm, I see you have the 3.0...my input is useless
