Help with rear axle noise ( Videos with noise included)

Only happens when the suspension compresses/rebounds.
Sounds like it is coming mainly from rear wheel/ leaf springs.

1994 3.0 v6 5 speed
SAS swap
Chevy leafs front and rear
extra leaf in rear
Detroit lockers front and rear
5.29 gears
brand new Cooper discover MT 35x12.5x15
Bilstein 5100 shocks all the way around.

I have tightened the Shock mounts, and shackle bolts and I am still getting the noise. I noticed the shackle bushings seem to be worn out and-or gone and I am wondering if this could cause a "clank" noise when the suspension moves?

Here are a couple of videos showing what I am working with. The 4runner has been neglected by previous owners and I am constantly fixing other people's screw ups. I just don't want to go wheeling until I find and fix this noise. Any advice is appreciated.

Id say its a good possibility thats its the shackle bushings. They are cheap, replace them and see if it goes away.

Do the bolts in your shackle and spring move around , holes slotted . Other things to look at spare tire chain rattling , rear wheel bearings , shocks bushings not clamped tight , u joints , rear piņon flange loose , driveshaft spline slop .

Let me know when your ready to go wheelin , I'm in Lincoln .

I actually found the issue. The rear shocks dont seem to be tight enough in the mounts. The bushings look great. I am going to put a couple rubber spacers to help fill the void. I pulled the shocks and did the same test and the noise is gone!!

james92toy, Will do. I am tired of wheeling with nothing but jeeps lately! We were thinking of going to fordyce this weekend but not sure. I am also fixing a steering knuckle issue. We really want to go to the rubicon.
