Help! Not running on all cylinders.

I'm definitely not running on cylinders five and six. I pulled 1, 3, 5, and 6 spark plug wires, (I stopped after pulling two dead cylinders). I'm getting power from the distributor, as its clicking when I unplug the wires which are new, and I replaced the spark plugs just a couple weeks ago. What could be the problem? Clogged injectors? Every time I start it up from cold, it takes a good 5 or 6 tries for it to finally turn over.

Your post is hard to understand.

However. Basic things to check.

Spark. Pull the wire and put a spark plug on it. Ground the plug by touching it to the chassis. Turn engine and see if it sparks.

Bright white or blue. Yellow or orange is no good

If spark is good you need to see if you're getting fuel. My favorite quick way to do this is pull the spark plugs and place a towel over the holes and see if they get fuel on them while cranking. I would also disconnect the igniter so it doesn't spark and start a fire

If those check ok then a compression test is next.
