Help with doors

Good day to everyone on Yotatech. I need to pick your brains so that I have a good idea on where I should go with this.
Both doors on my '89 4Runner are warped due to some trail damage over the years. I wouldn't worry about this normally but I am in the process of restoring my truck and now that all the mechanical is done I would like to start on the body. I would like to keep the vent windows but I'm having trouble finding door shells with the vent window. Should I just buy a couple of new shells and get new full size windows?
Also if anyone in the S.E. Texas/S.W. Louisiana area have a set of doors in good shape that you would be willing to part with I would be interested in buying them from you to save myself some trouble.

just to let you know .. the vent window assembly is transferable to the other doors !! the vent window assy and all of the other "guts" are just bolted in ..
I have done this many times .

although I have never done it on a 2nd gen (yet) I believe it would be the same , as the frame is a bolt in on those years as well ... you do have to be carefull on purchacing doors though , because a 4dr 4Runner is not the same door as a pickup

glad to help .. this might help even more ..

under the door weather strip , on the door frame , there are 2 very small screws that pull the assy. to the door frame (you can see it in this pic) the rest is fairly straight forward it shows 3 but i'm sure there is only 2 ?
