help with can of worms project

i need help on my project, its a 2nd gen runner that im swapping a blown v6 for a fresh rebuilt 22r and plumbing a clutch system to replace the v6 auto. I can do all the manual work but im a bit worried about WIRING my CARBURETED 22r into my auto/v6 shell. Im asking because i dont want to wait for a friend of mine who is very busy with his business...just trying to get as much done.
I have the pedal/plumbing for th clutch, the engine/tranny and shafts...my problem is wiring the alternator and the ignition. Thanks for any help btw, pls no flaming on why carb or 4banger swap....i have the fresh motor and all parts.

You will have to get a schematic from a manual and start tracing. The wiring for the alternator should be the same as the V6. Everything should be there except you will have to track down a switched power wire for the distributor/coil but all the non computer V6 stuff should be the same (starter, lights, ect). Just pull the ECU out with the wiring harness. The harness that is left (one big white plug) will run everything else.
