Heater hose - should I just make one?
I need to replace my heater hoses because they are leaking after putting in a new radiator (I'm assuming the added pressure of the coolant being allowed to circulate freely was enough make these hoses (original as far as I can tell) start leaking on my '87 pickup. I was able to pick up the inlet hoses at my local autozone, no problem, but I can't find the outlet hose anywhere, in store or online. I know I can just get some bulk hose and right angles at the store, but I like to get the proper parts whenever possible.
Any idea why everyone carries the inlet hose, but not the outlet hose? Would it be called anything other than "heater hose" when I'm searching?
I don't have the auxilliary heater as far as I know. I already bought the 5-inch piece and the 15 inch piece that together make up the inlet hose. The approximate length of the original outlet hose that I'm trying to replace is about 28 inches.

Thanks! I ended up making one using a unicoil for the hard bend coming out of the firewall. Any idea what the purpose was for the short pipe that seems to be simply extending the hose a few inches on the outlet? I just went straight to the long pipe - I don't see why toyota didn't do the same.
