Hazard problem PLEASE HELP Gen 2 4Runner

Hi guys I have a 92 3L V6 4Runner. Today I disconnected the negative side of my battery to test resistance in my AFM. Once I was done, I reconnected the battery but the hazard light keep blinking. They blink for a while, then stop, then start again. The stereo and cig lighter are also out. The car runs fine but I cant get the hazard lights to stop. If I push the actual hazard button they blink at a faster pace. Checked radio and cig fuse and they are ok. The only way I can get it to stop is to disconnect the battery... Any ideas guys?

I would bet this vehicle has a alarm or parts of one causing the issue.

you did nothing else that would have caused the issue.

did you by chance hook up any ground wires that were not hooked up before???

just be glad the horn is also not blowing in time with the flashers!!!

It never happened before??

There is no alarm but I did put the probes of the multi meter against all the different 'pins' in the afm to see what readings I got... Any way to fix?

*straight after writing reply I went and looked again. Then I remembered the guy I bought it from had an alarm that he took out. There is a toggle switch in the dash that I switched and it all came good!!! Thanks heaps for triggering my brain to fix this pain in the a$$ problem...
