Hawk Brake Pads: HPS or LTW

I had good experience with Hawk and run their HPS pads on my M3 on the street. My natural inclination would be to run the same pads on the rnr, but it looks like tirerack is having a sale on the Hawk LTW pads ($34/axle).

Anyone have experience with the LTWs or the LTWs versus the HPS?

BTW... How bad-ass is it that the 1988 Toyota 4-runner comes with 4-piston calipers on the front!? I wish my 98 BMW had those!
