Has anyone done a snorkel on a 94 22RE
I was wondering if this "chokes" off the intake at all reducing power and mileage. My truck is my daily driver so this a consideration I have to make. Also, will it effect my field of view on the road (create a blind spot to the left)?

From what I've heard, the extra length is countered by a slight ram-air effect when you're moving. Blind spot will obviously be increased but not by too much since you've already got the pillar there. Not sure about the brand snorkel youre looking at but the price is right!

I was looking at one of these for our rally too, hmmmm... I wonder if I can do some last minute fab work for a snorkel. It can't be too bad building on these.....how do you seal off the water from coming back into the air box?

I found some builds with PVC piping and welded up aluminum piping for a quick snorkel build, now its time to go get the parts
