Harmonic balancer installer for a 3VZE?

What are you guys using to install the harmonic balancer on a 3VZE motor? I rented a balancer installer from AutoZone, but it doesn't have the correct adapter to fit the crank. As far as I can tell, it's a 16x1.5mm bolt, which isn't very common. I have looked online, and all the installers come with a 16x2.0mm adapter. Any suggestions?

Install the harmonic balancer, use your hands. It should slide right on. Rubber mallet for some light persuading!

I just used the balancer bolt to put it on.
I used fine emory cloth to clean the crank and balancer first.

Remember that there is a woodruff key (half-moon shaped, that fits into an arced slot). If the key rotates in the slot, it can jam the balancer (this is usually only a problem when removing it.)

As others have said, it is a sliding fit, so you should need nothing other than your hands to slide it on. Not even a rubber mallet.
