Hard to get into gear slave cylinder replaced

so I just replaced my master and slave cylinder without a hitch. bench bled then installed and bled like I do my brakes. only problem is I cant get into gear unless I press real hard on my shift knob. I looked under and it looks like the slave cylinder is moving all the way properly. is this a clutch problem or did I just do something wrong with the hydraulics.

Red face

Start from the beginning ??

What was the original problem??

Hydraulic failure or something else ??

Have the bolts in your shifter worked loose ??

The bushings just worn so bad it is metal on metal and worn pretty bad.

well after I posted this I look at similar threads. turns out I just didn't adjust the push rod properly.... or at all. so I would of had to push the peddle below the floor to disengage the clutch all the way. so 12mm wrench and some finger work later its perfect.
