Hard to tell what your pointing at. What year? What engine? Looks like a part of the EGR system.

dealer should have that and it's probably cheap. It would be thicker than a paper gasket if it seals exhaust.

I'm guessing 25628-65010, http://www.toyotapartsoverstock.com/...562865010.html

But I wonder if 87blyota wins the prize for asking his question in the way to make it most difficult to answer? Crappy picture, no vehicle/model/engine identification, approximate pointing ...

I would think an 02 sensor gasket would work great. For those who don't recognize it, he's pointing at a 22R exhaust manifold. Same place the 22re would have it's oxygen sensor.

right off the manifold right there will be the O2 sensor.
factory headers the sensor is up right on the manifold
you go with a aftermarket (LCE, TG,ETC) most of the time they are relocated down on to the connector pipe.
the gasket that you are looking for is the o2 sensor gasket

A little late for that now. Your question's been answered already. Sorta "Captain Obvious" at this point.
