Grinding noise

In my 1986 toyota 4x4 5 speed i just put in a new slave and clutch master cylinder and is bleed properly. It shifts fine in all gears except it tends to grind here and there in reverse. Any thoughts to stop grinding?

My truck has ground slightly in reverse since I got it. That was at 72k....currently at 176k and you guessed it still does it. Never had any issues with it
