got the old girl some goodies...
ProComp light bar. The holes don't match at all so I'll need to do some drilling.
Hella 500's and H4 90/130 bulbs...
Autometer gauges, Oil pressure, Water temp and Trans temp. I bought a 3 pod pillar from Jeff here...
http://www.truckpillars.com/
I also just replaced my belts and the 3 shift solenoids. Getting her ready for the summer...
Here are some of the other things I'll be doing very soon...
- LC Header
- LC Cam and rocker arms
- LC Big Throttle Body
- BFG A/T's (prolly take the Baja Claws off for off roading only)
- CB (Any suggestions?)
- Also looking at winches. I kinda like this one because you can take it off when not in use and I can move it to the back hitch if needed...

The local Costco sells this winch for about $300 bucks I think.

Those hitch mount winches are nice to be able to use front or back (assuming you have enough wire for rear mounting). And they're nice not having to worry about having a permanent mount up front. But if you use it with any frequency it gets really, really old getting it out of your toolbox (don't want it to get stolen) and lugging it to your reciever in the mud and hooking it up every time you use it. They're really heavy, you'll probably be walking through mud, and you have to hook the wires up. Not saying they're not for everybody, but I got tired of it really quick, and I built a permanent mount bumper. Now I just plug the controller in and go.

Those pod pillars are nice, thanks for the link. Are you planning on painting yours and/or do you have any images of any one who has (ie. grey)?
Here's a picture I found of someones 2 pod version still in black...at least I think it's black??

BTW, that pillar looks painted or the lighting is such that it's pretty damn close to the colour of the dash.

Replace the factory temp guage and oil pressure guage! Im doing those two and one more, perhaps a/f ratio...
Stock temp gauge is HORRIBLE! It moves a mm you're overheating.
