few 10mm bolts around the dash. take the panel off and there should be 4 bolts holding the cluster in. remove the bolts and unplugg the cluster from the wiring harness. bulbs are all on the back side of the cluster. real simple just remove all those bolts around the dash and take your time pulling it apart so you know how it all fits back together.
you can do it no prob

To remove the cluster:
Disconect battery (just to be safe )
Remove 10mm bolts near the hood latch
remove the 2 (or 3) screws to the right of that bolt
Remove key surround thing (just pops off)
Remove two screws on the top of the cluster ( get down eye level with the steering wheel and look up into the cluster area, you will see them
Remove the 4 screws holding the cluster in
Pull cluster out (wont come out far)
remove 4 plugs and speedo cable, they fit one way so don't worry about mixing them up.
Pull cluster out. Don't forget the heater bulb
The bulbs needed are:
For general lighting:
3 #74 bulbs
2 # 194 bulbs
Heater is another # 74
Other bulbs in the cluster:
Turn signals are # 194's and all the rest of the warning lights are # 74, so is the ashtray light.
I replaced most of mine with blue LED's from superbrightleds.com, including most of the warning lights (except the CEL, rear ANTI-lock and seatbelt light.
