88-90 truck, 89-92 4Runner: standard- 17.2, optional 19.3
91-92 truck: 13.7 for shortbed, 17.2 for longbed, 19.3 for longbed 4x4
93-95 truck (NOT TACOMA) and 4Runner: W/ std size tires- 17.2 Gal (US), W/31" tire package- 18.8 Gal (US)

well that's strange, cause on my 91 PU standard cab short bed, I know I've put over 14 gallons in it at once

Well gee Mr. super moderator, I don't happen to have one of the little books in my glove compartment. Did you ever think of that? Thank you, however, for taking the time to google the information, but wouldn't it have been much easier to just say 17? Think of all the finger work you could have saved. Geez!

My '91 4x4 reg cab short bed has a 15 gal tank(I'm 96% sure), but the owners manual is contradictory on the subject...the manual seems to say it's the larger tank(17g), but judging from when I ran out of gas(testing different octane gas) and how much it took to fill it, it's not 17g, it's more like 15g.

I don't have my owners manual in front of me just now, and I'm not going to get it at 01:23hrs lol, but I think the tank capacities are quoted in Litres and Imperial Gallons which are different to US Gallons.
