get a used one from a wrecking yard. Once they are broken, they are too flimsy to ever go back together.

yes, remove the little brass (colored) clip, and pop out the tumblers! That easy!

if you feel patient you can probably find a toyota being parted out or in the junk yard of the same color.

or rhino line it, it'll probably look cool. Or go to autozone or something and find paint that is close, probably like $4 a can + around 10 for primer and sandpaper...

Gas Cap Broken

Just get the new one/used one and depending on the color of your vehicle paint it a solid color , have done this before instead of the paint matching thing and it looks nice , other than that you may be able to get the small pressurized can of touch up paint from the dealer by VIN # and re-paint yourself but beware the old paint won't match that nice fresh original paint color , thats why I generally just paint a solid color according to the color of the vehicle and looks nice , otherwise get a used one or new one and have the paint shop do the matching on your existing paint and paint for you but I think you will find that will be rather pricey unless you have a bud that is in the business .

I know this is an old thread but for anyone else searching you can replace the hinge. Lube up the broken pieces with a good penetrating oil. Then use vice grips until they move freely. Then use a small punch to drive out the pin from one end. Then pry it away from the hinge a little and drive it the other way. This allows you to reuse the same fuel door which is important if you paint has faded any.
