Question Fuel Pump stoped working!

Well i was on my home from work and stop buy a buddys house for a bit and turned my truck off. When i went to leave the truck had no power at all i checked the battery and the main wire from the fuse box had come out of the battery terminal. So i hooked it back up and tried to start it and it sputter a little and then just continued to turn over. I checked the plugs wire and its getting spark. I checked all the fuses and they were all good. Pulled the fuel filter off and turn the key over and no fuel. Im gonna check the power to the pump tomorow but i did not hear it turn it on. Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and any soultion. Btw its a 94 pu 22re. THANKS!

COR relay, maybe....

jump the B+ and FP terminals in the diagnostic plug and see if the pump starts working... or apply battery + to the FP terminal and see if the fuel pump turns on....

but make sure to check ALL of the fuses... don't just look at them... pull them out and check for continuity.

but you said, no power at all....

you're on the right track- check everything.
what you describe is a wiring issue.

Thanks for the help. Im goin to replace all the fuses tomorow just be safe. And i will try the diag port trick a try. I was thinking that maybe the wire did not have a good connection and and could of made a relay get stuck too. I will hopefully get it figured out tomorow.

I hate the placement of that filter on mine....8" farther back and it would have been easy to get to....

My experience has always been one of the fuel pump just dieing. I've replaced on a 95 Jimmy, 94 Toyota Pickup, and an 87 4Runner. Everyone let go without warning. On the Jimmy, I shut it off to fill up on gas and couldn't get it to crank.
