fuel pump not recieving power
my brother has a 94 t100 3.0 and he bought this lemon not to long ago. the truck was running fine while he was driving it and then just lost all power due to no fuel. won't start except on fumes and tries to run. i tested the tps afm and all check out. now iwas wondering if there was a common thing that went out on these trucks before i start chasing wires. i pulled off the main fuel feed line and that when i noticed no fuel. then i took a multimeter to the pump with my friend in the truck turning it on. got no reading. i checked the efi relay and all other relays they all check out good. only have one burnt fuse its for the ac.
any ideas would be appreciated. i bypassed the fuel filter as well for diagnosing.

Is the pump working, you can check it by jumping the B+ and FP terminals in the diagnostic connector. This bypasses everything and sends power directly to the pump. If the pump is working check the circuit opening relay, that controls the pump.
I can send you a copy of the wiring diagram for a 95 4Runner if you want, I would think the engine wiring would be very similar to the T100 considering they both use the 3.0.
