fuel pressure regulator hose replace/fix?

does anyone know where i may find this particular hose??
it goes from the fuel filter to the fuel injector rail. i keep going to the junk yard but every time i find one its usually cut in half. i already tried to fix one as shown in the picture but it still leaks. a brand new one from toyota costs me $180... any help and/or suggestions is greatly appreciated .

These questions are MUCH easier to answer if you give us some idea of the make-model-year-engine.

The part for the 22re is $117 here

If $117 is too much for you, think about what happens when that home-made (or junkyard) fuel hose lets go. You've got 38psi fuel pouring over a hot exhaust manifold. We'd only read about it in the paper.
